NGV Conversion is most ideal for petrol carburator-type engine. The process is simple and almost zero-technical challenge. Perhaps, the only challenges posed by the carburated vehicles are

(a) how to protect the gas pipeline from damage (in contact with the road surface or other hard surface);

(b) how to mount the Gas Reducer/Regulator in the engine compartment, neatly and firmly;

(c) where to mount the CNG Refilling Valve (Gas Pump Inlet);

(d) where to mount the CNG Gas Cylinder holding bracket at your vehicle's boot (for usable luggage space maximisation);

(e) where to mount the Petrol-CNG Switch Multiplexer (NGV Switch) in your dashboard for easy Gas Level reading and access;

(f) how to insulate and protect the pipeline for gas leakage prevention.

Besides above mentioned, NGV Conversion is relatively straight forward. There are many approach to convert your vehicle. Here is one way (others, depend on Installer's preference):

All measurements and drilling points will vary depending on the vehicle models.

1st Rear Boot Installation (in brief)
(a) Measure & Drill the holding bracket & its mounting holes to your boot floorplate;

(b) Measure & Drill the gas pipeline inlet hole (which also act as the gas venting hole);

(c) Install the holding bracket with high tension bolts & nuts and rubber cushion footings; and

(d) Install rear vent hole cap.

(e) Install & Secure CNG Gas Cylinder against Cylinder Holding Brackets with Rubber Cushions (full wrap).

2nd Engine Compartment Installation (in brief)
(a) Measure and Drill the mounting bracket for Gas Reducer\Regulator;

(b) Measure and Drill the mounting bracket for CNG Refilling Valve (Gas Pump Inlet);

(c) Install Gas Reducer\Regulator;

(d) Install CNG Refilling Valve + Manometer;

(f) Install CNG Mixer & Link pipe;

(g) Install Heating Link pipes with 'T'-joints

(h) Install petrol solenoid valve (petrol shut-off device)

3rd CNG Gas Pipeline Installation
(a) Installing CNG Gas Pipeline from CNG Refilling Shut-off valve to Gas Cylinder Master Shut-off valve (Front to Back), running along the petrol fuel line (depending on vehicles) with 2 ring pig-tails & pipe clamps.

(b) Install Anti-leakage tubing & fasteners + wrap up the master shut-off valve with shrink-wrap plastic.

(c) Installing CNG Gas Pipeline from CNG Refilling Shut-Off valve to Gas Reducer\Regulator with 3 ring pig-tails & pipe clamps (routing depends on the regulator design).

(d) Install pipe receptacles and wrap-sealed with Teflon tape.

Finally, the installation of all wiring circuit with relays. Insulation of all exposed wiring with wiring protection tubes. Other electronics devices are consealed within the passenger compartment (in the dashboard - protection against engine heat & rain water).
